    Prerequisites<\/h2>\n

    \u2022 Basic understanding of GitHub fundamentals
    \n\u2022 A GitHub account and a fundamental understanding of GitHub Copilot
    \n\u2022 GitHub account with Copilot Pro, Copilot Pro+, Copilot Business, or Copilot Enterprise
    \n\u2022 Repositories hosted on GitHub (agent does not work on non-GitHub hosts)
    \n\u2022 Basic familiarity with issues, pull requests, Actions, and repository rulesets
    \n\u2022 Visual Studio Code or another editor that supports MCP integration
    \n\u2022 If you’re a member of an organization or enterprise with a Copilot Business or Copilot Enterprise plan, the “MCP servers in Copilot” policy must be enabled in order to use MCP with Copilot. (Optional)
    \n\u2022 A GitHub Personal Access Token (PAT) for advanced setup and permissions control.
    \n\u2022 Docker installed if you plan to experiment with a local server setup for hands-on control.
    \n\u2022 GitHub Copilot enabled on your account (Copilot Pro, Copilot Pro+, Business, or Enterprise plan recommended for full code review features).
    \n\u2022 Basic familiarity with pull requests and code reviews-creating a PR, leaving comments, and merging changes.
    \n\u2022 Basic understanding of JavaScript, like variables and conditionals.
    \n\u2022 Ability to use Git and GitHub for version control.
    \n\u2022 A GitHub Account with an active subscription for GitHub Copilot is required for either your personal GitHub account or a GitHub account managed by an organization or enterprise. For learning purposes, you should find the Copilot Free option with usage limits to be sufficient.

    \n\u2022 Basic comprehension of Git and GitHub Fundamentals. Particularly, running basic git commands like git add and git push.
